■ Windows XP
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
■ Windows Vista and Windows 7
Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe

If you are having issues that you just cannot figure out. Call the Jacksonville FL Computer Repair Experts at ACS (904) 371-3118

These days, there are tons of free “Cleanup Programs”. How do you know which ones are real and which ones really work? That is tough because we have tested various ones that you see offered on TV, such as finallyfast.com and others. We have found that majority of these registry and system cleaners can do more harm then they do help. Some such as finallyfast.com have even been found to have spyware built into them. The only one I have found to work well is CCleaner. This is a great program and will clean your computer pretty quick. So when surfing the web for a free alternative, be careful, because you might just make your PC worse than it was before or compromise your PC to more spyware and viruses.

It is not often that we get phone calls about this issue but it is a pretty simple fix. A customer usually accidently hits random keys on the keyboard and then all of the sudden their screen is upside down or sidways. Here is the fix:

Step 1

Press the Ctrl + Alt + arrow (left, right, up or down keys) keys to rotate the screen in the direction you would like.

Step 2

Press the CTR + ALT and arrow keys until you have the desired rotation. This works with most computers that run on Windows XP. If this doesn’t work, follow Step 3.

Step 3

Click the Start menu then Control Panel, then Display, then the Setting tab, and finally the Advanced button. Check for an Orientation option. Once found, just select the correct Orientation needed.

If you are still having issues and these steps did not help, please feel free to call one of our highly trained technicians at (904)371-3118.

First step, download ccleaner from here . Make sure to click on download latest version on the top right of the page. Filehippo.com has many free software titles that work very well.

Next step is to install and run ccleaner. Once you open ccleaner it will look something like this:

Please make sure to close down any web browsers before running this software. Just click on Run Cleaner and ccleaner will do the rest!

This is a very useful tool, it will delete all of your temporary files and does a better job than the Windows disk cleanup utility.

If you have any questions about this tool or any other computer related issues. Feel free to call ACS at (904)371-3118

It is best to shut your computer down until your computer is repaired to avoid the virus spreading.
